Last Saturday we finally had a chance to head to Cleveland and see what all the hub-bub was about. The Cleveland Flea was worth the drive! What we found was a fantastic collection of unique vendors, food and music! I have been to the Brooklyn Flea several times and I enjoyed this one more. Ok..obviously the prices were different than in New York, but I also felt it was more variety and just as big with the same urban feel.
We met some very cool guys from Retread and at their booth I scored a super old tool pouch that just has to become a purse.
The "truck trend" was well represented, with a variety of unique gourmet food trucks, a whole store in a truck, and this mini-donut lab that Chris quickly gravitated to. I have to see those hot little donuts were delicious!
This is a monthly event and I know we will be back!
Who Am I?
I've tried it all..hair stylist/faux painter/stay at home mom/jewelry artist/late in life college student. Through all of those former "careers" I have had one constant passion.. a love of junk, flea markets and creating! It took me 30 years to find the courage do this full time and I have finally settled on what I'm going to be when I grow up!
